I chose this piece because I love this piece, and I also love hearts. I did this piece for Valentine’s Day and I gave it to my mom. I love my mom because she does a lot for me and I wouldn’t be able to live without her. This piece is special to me because the linked hearts symbolize me and my family. We all love each other and we help each other when we need it. We always stick together and talk each other through tough times. While I was creating this piece I learned that art is really fun and some art pieces can connect to my life. I realized that I should take my time on art creations and make every creation I make worth stopping to look at. If I could change one thing about my piece it would be to color it neater and I really wanted to outline each of the hearts but I didn’t have enough time. I would also like for the hearts to be thicker because I feel like that would make the whole piece look neater and more organized.
